Add The Purple Standard (TPS) integration to ScoutingPASS #102

From kabir (Team 1071) on Chief Delphi:

Hey ScoutingPASS team! In an effort to increase interoperability between scouting apps, we recently announced The Purple Standard (TPS), a unified, community-driven standard for FRC scouting data (see https://chiefdelphi.com/t/the-purple-standard-a-unified-and-community-driven-standard-for-frc-scouting-data/449394 5 and https://thepurplestandard.com/), paving the way for collaborative scouting across apps (which benefits smaller teams and rookies). TPS is modular and completely customizable based on the data you want to collect in your scouting app. Would you be interested in integrating TPS into your app to benefit teams using ScoutingPASS and join the wider network of collaborative scouting data?

Is anyone interested in this implementation in ScoutingPASS? Or better yet volunteer to implement it?

In case there isn't anyone willing to implement it, the team behind TPS can help out with the integration and contribute the necessary code. I think that interest in this type of feature will probably pick up as the season progresses and data accumulates (similar to how interest in our collaborative scouting app picked up over the course of the season), but by then it might be too late to add which is why we are hoping to integrate early in the season.

Unfortunately we don't have the coding resources to help with implementation but we would love to see the partnership. Our team values sharable scouting data. Last year we used Scouting Pass and worked with 5+ other teams in order to collect data. It would be great this year to work with more teams and provide more data. I believe this is an awesome program and I would TPW is an awesome Idea and I would love to see it grow.
