SkipLED + refactor - Githubissues

Sequential LED mapping.
Detecting skipped LEDs, writing 'fake' points to CSV.
Filtering double points.
Filtering points that are too close to each other.
Mapping across multiple strips.
Fixed problem with LED animation (last LED in strip was blinking too fast, CV could not detect it).
Not detecting 'fake' points until first contour has been detected (preventing bad 'fake' points from being created).

This version successfully detected and mapped a customized LED display, consistently without error.
