error when accessing the panel #10

dear developer, :snake: I get an error message when I upload my whole website to the server. the website works pretty fine but I cannot access the panel. the error is:

I thought it has something to do with my php version but I already added

AddHandler x-httpd-php5.6 .php

at the end of my htaccess file.

what is wrong? the folders content and panel/access have also unix 777. I am lost, can you help me? :sob:

@leguerk can you provide the listing output of your directory, run the following and paste the contents:

ls -lah /www/htdocs/hereismywebsiteurl/site/plugins/

I suspect a directory is missing from your include.

I have just experienced this error, when uploading a site to an external hosting provider. In my case, it seems to have been directly related to the PHP version on the production server. The hosting provider was still using PHP 5.4. Asking the provider to upgrade the PHP to 5.6 solved the issue without any interference from me.
