VTOL mode when switching out of mission #12680

Describe problem solved by the proposed feature When switching out of a VTOL mission (e.g. by flipping the flight mode switch) the vehicle goes into the VTOL mode (multicopter or fixed-wing) that is currently set on the transition switch, independent on the current mode in the mission. E.g. if you followed with the transition switch after forward transition to fixed-wing mode (such to be ready to take over in fixed-wing, not multicopter) but then forget to switch back to MC after the backtransition and then want to take over for landing, the vehicle performs a transition to FW again.

Describe your preferred solution I would prefer to be in the same VTOL mode after taking over as the vehicle in the mission in this instant, independent of the transition switch. The VTOL state should only be changed if then the switch is toggled to the other than current state.
