Multiple SD card reads per second #13194

Describe the bug When debugging read() without SD card I realized that on NuttX we are doing reads from the SD card multiple times a second. Presumably this should be done only when needed, e.g. when the mission is updated ~or a param is set~.

This seems to come from geofence checks which would make sense, however, I don't think I have a geofence loaded.

@julianoes - I might be wrong, but aren't the parameters stored on the flash, not the SD? so it should be related?
