dmesg on sdcard when airframe params updated by PARAM_DEFAULTS_VER? #14487

Describe problem solved by the proposed feature When PARAM_DEFAULTS_VER is increased by airframe maintainer, rcS is executing SYS_AUTOCONFIG to 2. However, there is no way to log this boot message, as dmesg will only show 2nd boot.

Describe your preferred solution There should be some reserved text file that logs this?
