Proposal: Rename GPS(unspecitied) word to GNSS #16999

From few years ago, autopilot hardwares are using multi GNSS modules, not only GPS. Ublox's u-center also renamed “GPS” to "GNSS", research circle also use "GNSS" for general purpose position system instead of "GPS" The current "GPS" word usage makes more and more new users feel confused.

I'm totally in favor of that ("Navigator" module is also something we'll hopefully change too). The difficulty is that many parameters and uorb messages contain that "GPS" name: all the external tools will need to update as well. Furthermore "GNSS" contains one extra letter so we might need to reword some parameter to not exceed 15 characters. @dagar are there more problems? Is that something we could do?
