Problem with HIL_ACTUATOR_CONTROLS #19202

Dear sir,

I enabled HIL mode when flashed the airframe to HIL Quadcopter. And tried to send HIL_SENSOR to Pixhawk5 . But I did not receive any HIL_ACTUATOR_CONTROLS.

Could you show me the detail about how to receive HIL_ACTUATOR_CONTROLS in HIL mode
