Added sonar status to i2c frame and added a param to disable mode filtering #35

This adds a status to the i2c frame for the px4flow and will require a similar code update in PX4/Firmware. Also, this adds a parameter to control whether the mode filter is used (default mode filtering on).

We should wait on merging this until I more fully test the integration with the fmu.
