Update weight_and_altitude_tuning.md: Change DE symbols to EN #3074

Minor correction 1) Change the German nomenclature c_A = "Auftrieb", c_W = "Widerstand" to English ISO nomenclature C_L = Lift and C_D = Drag. 2) Reordered terms for dynamic pressure: q_bar = 1/2 rho V^2
