Hardware: update known companion computers #3114

I'm updating the list of companion computers known to be integrated with PX4. I chose only a few options I had at hand, and I'm hoping members of the community will help me add more

I agree that having every computer under the sun is impractical and pointless. Highlighting a few common/well supported ones and documenting well is better. So I've removed tegra and odroid. However I added NUC and a few others that I know are in use. Also cross linked from the old ROS doc (that will get tidied up a bit more sometime soon) so that our list of companion computers is in one place.
