Improve basic concepts to include more sub topics #3179

This basically works on removing pages from getting started section into the basic concepts - e.g. types of vehicles, sensors types, frame types. Most of this was duplicated unnecessarily.

This is essentially a step on getting closer to a vehicle-centric version of the docs.
