Fixed the incorrect URL to the flight review documentation.

@bkueng Yes, but when I cleaned up the publishing repo I deleted a lot of old branches, including that one. I thought I'd fixed up all redirects in our existing docs so that this would only break very old links.

Upshot, we shouldn't find more of these in our current docs, but we will in some older docs and from support forums etc.
