I was having some problems tracing down some networking issues. Some of jMAVSim's networking code had me scratching my head.

This PR:

Gets rid of bind port as an option/setting, we should always bind to a random port
Always binds mavlink ports to 0.0.0.0, which will listen on all interfaces
Brings back a non-buggy version of the -qgc <qgc ip address>:<qgc peer port> argument parsing
