Diagnostics features

Diagrams can now show intensity / ncount over instrument
Possible to plot other variables too, such as the wavelength distribution
Diagnostics object can check the beam at given positions along the instrument with custom views

Added check of McStas / McXtrace version

Improvements to instrument reader

Allow 0D datasets to be loaded
