show_instrument not working in documentation nor locally #81

I'm having troubles with making the visualization of the instrument work in the jupyter notebook. I get a white box although there is an instrument definition:

Also, the instrument visualization is not shown in the documentation correctly, suspect it might be related. https://mads-bertelsen.github.io/user_guide/instrument_object.html
