Use pyvinyl API in simex #35

Replace the AbstractBaseClass, AbstractBaseCalculator, AbstractParameters and the intermediate level abstract calculators and parameters (AbstractPhotonPropagator, ...) by their pyvinyl counterparts.

Make pyvinyl a dependency in simex,
