bq Aquaris 4.5 Ubuntu Touch not updating or upgrading, no Ubuntu Store #18

I just started using an unused bq Aquaris 4.5 Ubuntu Touch. It will make phone calls, I can text, use the camera and the browser. Address book works fine, file manager and terminal too. But it is not updating or upgrading, and the Ubuntu Store stays white. apt-get returns a lot of 404 errors. It seems the repositories have changed. Are there any new repositories that I can use? I have duckducked the web for a few hours, and cannot find them. Help please?
