In the pipeline the second target "Clean data" now takes the input from previous target called now "file_csv"

This issue refer to two scripts: a) _targets.R where the pipeline is defined b) study_functions.R file saved in /R sub-folder

In this issue, I will ensure both scripts mentioned above "_targets.R" and "study_functions.R" refer to fie_csv as the first target used to import the /csv file into the pipeline
