Include an ARIMA model to predict England average house prices for the next 12 months, from existing historical time series data used to build the initial exploratory charts.

On the week of the 20th to the 26th of November, include the exploratory analysis using TSStudio for UK average house prices (latest data available from ONS is for August 2023)

Pablo-tester has completed today the analysis including ARIMA and also ETS, HoltWinters, and tslm models from TStudio package.
