improve chrome #13

  1. manually turn tab(s) into memory save mode
  2. "save for later" but do not close the tab
  3. show tab on the left as a list, like safari, arc
  4. better history & bookmark managers i. show history in tree structures (or forest)
  5. allow user to hide the close button X on inactive page. the safety is same as entering full-screen mode
  6. allow user to reorder installed extensions
