unlocking crash #4

if the game hasn't been played all the way through, unlocking a kart crashes the game. More specifically, the brusier other wise known as the silver arrow will cause the game to crash if haven't been unlocked and then you unlocked it.... Essentially it will crash at kart selection upon load.

Known issue, can't fix it unless the maker of the kart shares the source of the model. In the case is too problematic I'll have to remove it.

Will be "fixed" (those karts will be unlocked by default) in 0.19
