Error message when trying to connect to Artic Base server

Description of Issue

Expected Behavior

It should connect to the ArticBase server on my 2DS.

Reproduction Steps

Start Artic Base server on 2DS Use Citra to connect to Artic Base server Results in error message every time

Additional notes: I am on a nearly fresh install of Windows 10 Artic Base on 2DS is v1.0.1 and there are no outputs to the debug log while the server is running and I try to connect.

My 2DS was connecting to my phone's hotspot instead of the WiFi, so the 2DS and my desktop were not on the same network. Switching to my home WiFi fixed everything.
