Cannot run Citra in Windows 10 environment #144

Description of Issue

Open citra-qt.exe in Windows10 environment will crash, but in Windows8 environment won't crash. https://github.com/PabloMK7/citra/assets/110178522/91b540a5-8820-4804-a36f-9b52a243e3ef

Expected Behavior

A piece of white.

Reproduction Steps

Open citra-qt.exe in two environments.

CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5 2670 v2 @ 2.50GHz GPU/Driver: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP RAM: 16 GB DDR3 OS: Windows10 19045.3930

funny. People use the windows 10. Qt 6.7.2 does not support systems before Windows 10.

Suggest updating the gpu driver.

This is a useless issue that can be closed. @PabloMK7
