LLE audio options produce no sound in Home Menu #269

Description of Issue

Neither of the LLE audio emulation options produce any sound in the 3DS Home Menu, while HLE does.

Expected Behavior

LLE and LLE multi-core should both produce working sound.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Set Citra to use either LLE or LLE multi-core audio emulation
  2. Boot the Home Menu
  3. Observe lack of sound
