Add names dictionary #13

I want to look around for a dictionary of names in Chinese like the one Rikai-kun has. I'm not sure it exists.

I'd say the regular dictionary has already names of famous people, and names in Chinese don't usually have many readings like Japanese do, so I think this won't be necessary.
