Random tests intervention not properly deactivated #12

If the model runs with the random test intervention enabled, the "patients" and "professionals" subitems remain checked, and the "implement random tests at regular intervals" item is unchecked, the intervention is not inactivated.

Expected behavior: the intervention should be inactivated

Suggestion: correct the checking system such that unchecking "implement random tests at regular intervals" inactivates the intervention.
