New network visualisation for expert version #24

Network visualisation tab in the simple version should contain:

  1. Graph connectivity plot like current version. Warning: check plot output when using longer ward names, which we would expect in hospitals.
  2. General structure table like current version. Clarify column titles (eg "patients" = capacity or average occupation?) and round length of stay to nearest integer.
