Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Plasma THC tool needs some adjustments based on this linuxCNC description.

be able to turn on the plasma torch without making the probing and pierce motion (granular control of THC on/off)
THC on/off control via M62-65, M67-68 commands
slight modification the probe and pierce commands
