Issue 602 : Add LIMIT_C_INV_MASK to LIMITS_INV_MASK #603

This proposes to add LIMIT_C_INV_MASK to LIMITS_INV_MASK in order to fix a false-positive alarm during power-on when all 6 axes are configured with hard limits.
