• [x] generate master .csv with probable designation and associated metadata (DU, gen length, recent mature individuals, etc.)
• [x] generate master html (?) doc with summary table of probable designation and key meta-data that is interactive (e.g., filter- and sort-able) perhaps using the DT package and then all the plots (by spp and region, ideally as drop-down menu) of mature individuals over time with inferred rate of change
• [x] add table to readme detailing data sources
• [x] make readme a stand alone summary of repo with description of prioritization decision rules (nodes)
• [ ] consider having separate scripts that are sourced for fitting models to data so that results (e.g., posterior samples) can be called without having to re-run models
• [x] remove old/redundant files from repo (e.g., MetricsCOSEWIC_pkg_play.R and prioritize.Rmd)
• [x] resolve the 159 NA regions that appear c. line 188 in Probable-status.Rmd - Clare attempted this on Aug 8 but I've identified that the problem arises when joining cu_metadata to prob_desg c. line 167 where I have commented about it.
• [x] revise facet headers in plots to include short name of DU in addition to DU number, also include short name in summary table?
• [ ] update the upstream data fetching process. Dylan did this in an earlier version but need to coordinate with Eric.
• [x] explore options for displaying a more portable (e.g. webpage rendering) of a doc with HTML features

Plan to assess the 5th box after incorporating the Stan estimation, need to coordinate w/ Eric on the 9th box about data fetching. I propose a more robust approach where we don't have to rely on changing the file name.
