2020 coded as current year in genericRecoverySimulator.R #14

LRP branch. I noticed that it seems that 2020 was set as a current year for the initialization routine. Was that on purpose? here I am wondering if it wouldn't be better to have it set automatically to the current year using as.numeric(format(Sys.Date(), "%Y"))
