CUPars variables not defined in readme - LRP branch #15

These are the variables that are present in cohoCUPars.csv but not defined in the readme: cvER, usERScalar, canERScalar, coef1, covarInit, mu_logCovar1, sig_logCovar1, min_logCovar, max_logCovar, aveGenTime, ageFirstRec, ageMaxRec, Sinit

@krHolt Seems that coef1 is the parameter gamma for the Ricker model with survival covariate. I suggest we change it to gamma in the data file so that it is consistent with the mcmc data inputs.
