I think we decided that the survival covariate was going to be adjusted to:
mSurvAtAge<-c(mSurvAge4[y-1,n],mSurvAge4[y-1,n],mSurvAge4[y,n],0,0)
I think @krHolt already did this for the priming period, but maybe we need to do it here too?
