falcon unzip qsub has no -P parameter when 3-unzip/1-hasm/rid-to-phase-all,so the job is still queue #91

Hi~ when unzip run in 3-unzip/1-hasm/rid-to-phase-all, it didnot qsub with -P ,like this: 2017-09-13 06:33:13,424 - pwatcher.fs_based - INFO - !qsub -N P526cd8698342dd -q bc.q -V -cwd -o stdout -e stderr -S /bin/bash /ifshk5/BC_COM_P8/F15FTSHMHT0747/FUNrbjD/falcon_unzip_2017/work/no_ccs/mypwatcher/wrappers/run-P526cd8698342dd.bash

so the job in 3-unzip/1-hasm/rid-to-phase-all is still queue~
