Dear developers Thank you for maintaining and updating the repository. I am facing some issues using singularity images during importing sequences into qiime2. It seems that the qiime2 installation has some issues. I would appreciate your kind advice in this regard.

Can you share the error logs, please?

Thank you for the response. I managed to run it via clean conda install. Using singularity, it complained about qiime import. Cheers
