jasmine ERROR: Missing HiFi kinetics. #641

Operating system Centos 7 Using Revio system to get the hifi_reads

Error message | 20240126 04:37:57.089 | FATAL | jasmine ERROR: Missing HiFi kinetics.

To Reproduce ./jasmine test.hifi_reads.bam test.5mc.hifi_reads.bam

I get the hifi_reads from the Revio system. Because the Revio system only provided hifi_reads, we did not found the subreads, so I just directly run the "jasmine movie.hifi_reads.bam movie.5mc.hifi_reads.bam" without "ccs movie.subreads.bam movie.hifi_reads.bam --hifi-kinetics". Then the error occurs "Missing HiFi kinetics." How to solve it? Since I do not have subreads, only have hifi_reads, where can Iget kinetics information?

jasmine runs on Revio, there's no need to run it again. Why do you want to rerun?
