# recalladapter issue #654

Dear developers,

When one sample, which include both ssAAV and scAAV, were run on the Sequel I system, could using the recalladapter script process them correctly, respectively?

Hi Sophia,

Using recalladapters to disable Adapter Correction is standard with scAAV samples or mixtures of scAAV and ssAAV. Please see https://github.com/Magdoll/AAV/wiki/Tutorial:-Analyzing-AAV-Data for more information.
