[x] enable tabs in v8: https://github.com/TerriaJS/terriajs/issues/4687
[ ] create tabs similar to https://data.apps.fao.org/
[ ] @sio-spc and team: content for tabs: 1) nr & names of tabs 2) page content for tabs groups 3) data in each tab catalogue

No tabs information yet, so probably cannot go into 1 Dec demo release yet; will move it to next sprint/s PoC of tabs done but a bug affecting the ID alias/sharing was found in the PR; will act on that 1st and then update the PoC

Tabs functionality is ready to be used when content is available.

We're closing this ticket temporarily. To be replaced by implementation of Themeying PoC.
