Min/max value for choropleth ranges calculated over whole time series, and no way to change data classification method (seems to be equal interval?) i.e population projections: https://map.pacificdata.org/#share=s-jhmwoh9cxcCh6feI2GrWHtg7shh

Possible solution: use a different data classification method; may need to reclassify with each year ( though this breaks the time-series visualisation to some degree)
