Gradebook Grades not working

The gradebook grades seems to be completely missing.

To have the gradebook working, you have to make sure students and a teacher are scheduled in a course section that is active on a current date. Then the teacher can see the students in the class and give assignments and grades.

@openSISAdmin and @Sabya-openSIS . There are indeed students and teacher scheduled into the course as you see below.

And this is the teacher.

And in the Teacher Function for that teacher look.

@openSISAdmin What is the status of this blocking bug? The only system with enough data to see this is our test system https://pacificsis.pacific-emis.org/. I already shared a database dump to replicate but I can also provide full access to the live system.
