In addition to addressing those more pressing issues there are other things that could be made better. This should not be too hard since the enrolment code framework in the system is already quite flexible. I would say:
Support to rename enrolment codes across the whole system (i.e. some countries refer to rolled over as promoted, repeated as retained, etc.)
Support to add new enrolment codes (commonly used ones are "Complete" used in the exit code, "Died" used in the exit code)
