As final requirement for work in 2020 a draft version of the Indicators dashboard had to be completed.

After previewing the work here is my feedback. This is great work and will be perfect as first draft. However, please address the following. To be more consistent with everywhere else in the app please move the District filter (State in FSM/FedEMIS) to the same place as usual.
