Add item field: Manufacturer #88

Add a string input field to an item entity that allows the user to specify a manufacturer or vendor.

Just went through and extracted my manufacturers into the new field, and noticed that while they show up in Inventory and while editing a pack, the manufacturer doesn't show up in the pack view mode.
