Here are some changes and fixes made during the review of chapter 10.

Updates package's description on package.json
Removes a dangling comma found on metrics plugin
Fixes a typo on Dockerfile
Changes the port to 3000 as it is in other chapters, adds an entry for JWT_TOKEN in .env.sample
Updates chapter description and instructions on README.md
