These are the changes proposed following Chapter 2 review:

Updates some log statements from console.log to app.log.info to comply with the log output in the book
Sets the delete endpoint under the users namespace, as described in the book
Fixes double enumeration on comments for number 5
Adds the missing number on a plugin's version
