flink-packt image no longer available #22

@je-ik , I am getting an error when trying to install flink

flink-jobmanager-7fcdd685cf-97rzp    0/1     ErrImageNeverPull   0          9m4s

I cannot seem to find the image flink-packt anywhere. I had a similar problem with kafka-packt also but was able to find an alternative for that

These images are built using the scripts provided in env/ directory. You can build everything using ./env/start-all.sh, or by the individual scripts ./env/install-flink.sh and ./env/install-kafka.sh. IIRC this should be described on the beginning of each chapter. Let me know if it works for you.
