Hi,

I just wanted to start "Building and image caption generator" and tried to download the captions file which seems is not allowed: http://msvocds.blob.core.windows.net/ brings an HTTP/409.

Is there any other link one could use?

Seems this link has the correct data, just a different file name: annotations_trainval2014.zip
