Value proposition

As a user I want to be able to start a counter in a fast pace So that I can start a power breathing session.

Description

Acceptance criteria

[x] a counter is displayed
[x] the counter starts by pressing on it
[x] it stops on counting "40"
[x] display the counter on a single page

Tasks

[x] add a new counter component
[x] set a counter state
[x] let the counter start counting on a fast speed
[x] let the counter stop when it gets to "40"
