Description

Acceptance criteria

• [x] a round tracker ist displayed
• [x] it starts on "1" on the first breathing cycle and counts +1 at the start of the next cycle
• [x] it stops after the end of round "3"

Tasks

• [x] set a round counter
• [x] let it count up until "3" after each breathing cycle
